| Goth Clothing is a killer fashion style worn by members of a dark, sometimes morbid subculture, referred often as “Goths”. Typical Goth Clothes include, well, um…pretty much just black attire! Just kidding! Even though black is the staple, Goth clothing is usually complimented by variety of bright colours that can truly set off a well-honed goth get-up. Styles vary hugely, from the Elizabethan + Victorian, bondage + fetish, to dance + dark rock. |
As I said before, Goth Clothing is usually based on stark black (including hair + makeup), that’s often contrasted with boldly colored accessories, hair and makeup in shades of deep reds, purples, blues or emerald green. Goth fashion emphasizes the personal power of an individual, as it juxtaposes elements of rugged accessories (like stud belts and leather cuffs) against soft and delicate clothing (like lace and velvet).
